Does Polished Landscapes work with this mod?

I was trying to add PL to M&M, I seem to hit a wall, I get a error at the menu then it crashes before I can into a game.

Has anyone managed to get PL working in M&M? And if so, how?

This is the error that comes up once loading of the mod has completed.

Make sure you have Warband version 1.132;

Also, why using Polished landscapes ? Next patch we will add new flora and that stuff.

Well, if graphical enhancements are coming in the next patch, then I can wait. If you don't mind me asking, are you using an existing flora enhancement pack or are making it yourself?
