on effidians mod when i try to upload the stats so that my guy will perform better they dont upload only things only upload things on the items but not the characters

Start a new game after modifying things. That could be it.

After you change the stats of things/people, it often wont show in a saved-game, only a new game.

So, start a new game after you use the editor.

but i set the stats to 1000 and it gives me only 10 weapon points and i have to spend those weapon points or else it wont make an account and at 1000 weapon skill 10 points wont do it

What I did was just picked a weapon skill that I don't like, or want to level up fo' real and keep it at like 10
