Does anyone could not able to set the full-screen Refresh Rate too?

It starts from 3 patches ago.
You go into a game, set the refresh rate, then apply, resume.
Then go back to the settings again. Magically, it's still 50hz

T_T pls... I bought the 165hz monitor only for BL, and it only worked like 2 patches.

you have to set borderless fullscreen in order to play with refresh rate higher than 60, idk why is this a thing at this point because I used to play with 144 hz in fullscreen during closed alpha like 1.5 years ago LOL

Devs, please fix this. Everytime I launch the game it is set at 25 Hz, and no matter how many times I change it that **** stayts at 25 after I leave the menu and come back to it.
