Add troops to the list so i can make my own troop trees?

I am clueless when it comes to things like this so if somebody could give us some help it would be appreciated, i copied and pasted troops in that notepad list (i heard it worked but it didnt work for me) , but then when i open troop editor it comes up with 'not in range' or 'overflow' n it messes up.

anyone got any idea how to do this?

if there is a thread or whatever on how to do this then im sorry, but im crap at using this website :(

thankyouu

It's quite simple, you tell it where it can find the .txt files, then you should find out by yourself i think. If you really don't find out how to use it:
Select the file you want to edit (Troop Editor, Item Editor, etc...). Troops and Items are fairly the same, you have a list of troops/items on the left, and you can select them by left clicking. Once that's done, you can edit their variables (Atk Speed, Damage, Weapon Length, etc... for items and STR, AGI, Path-finding etc... for troops). Then there's more specific stuff i shouldn't be the one teaching you, but it's all simple.

'you tell it where it can find the .txt. files' how do i do that man? i'm sorry im useless when it comes to stuff like this, thanks for helping me, ive got 'unofficial troop editor' but that doesnt let you add new troops

if you can't be bothered explaining (i wouldn't blame you) do you know where i can get some sort of help or guide on how to use this 'morphs mod tools', like i dont know what to put in the 'python module system directory' or the 'compiled TXT configuration' i've no idea what to put in these boxes

Mount & Blade Warband/Modules/Native/

That's where the .txt files are. I recommend you to make a backup of Native before you start editing files.
