Do We Know Anything about the Kings and Rulers of the Factions?

Just wondering? It struck me that I haven't heard much at all, so far....

One of the first things I am planning to do in-game is go and try to meet all the kings and rulers to see which I find to be the least annoying or the most charismatic.

Battania
For example, the Battanian king Caladog is partially inspired by Gruffydd ap Llywellyn, who dominated much of Wales in the 11th century. He was a very colourful figure, ruthless yet possessed of a wicked sense of humour.
