Do Geroian knights have a hideout?

Do these little bastards have a base I can assault like the bandit forest den so I can get rid of them at least for a little while?
They keep killing all my villagers and I just can't keep up with them - they keep reappearing as soon as I kill them.

They don't, but they spawn less often than bandits (one party every 48h iirc).

Recruiting strong enough patrols (reinforce them if necessary) should defend your villagers pretty well.
