Do bow control perk work on horse???

Like title! Hope someone confirm that, i did try search a lot on forum, reddit and steam! all no clearly answer, some say yes some say no. Super confused

No. Some people have said they though it did but to me it's never noticeable. I think it's just for on foot.

The top row, first perk in bow called "Bow Control" doesn't work on horseback, no. The bottom row, fourth perk called "Mounted Archery" does that.

When it comes to bow perks take the perks for more damage over accuracy. The accuracy perks make little difference. The type of bow you use makes all the difference.

Plus the mounted bow penalty goes away at high riding levels so, yeah, go for damage.
