SP - General DLC's for Bannerlord

Okay so I wasn't exactly sure where to put this question/suggestion but I was wondering if Taleworlds was planning on adding any DLC's to Bannerlord (could also be developed by a third party), similar to Warband had the wildly popular Napoleonic wars DLC made by Flying Squirrel Entertainment.
I think there are a lot of possibilities with this new game engine they have created. Would absolutely love to see a realistic medieval or even another Naploenic DLC, would love to get my hands on some new official content!

i think they've mentioned boats as dlc.
i'm not sure about guns but i believe this is expected.

So Aserai is permanently going to be disconnected from the rest of the map unless I spend more money on a beta test?

i think they mentioned the boats back when the aserai and the sturgians weren't disconnected like this. not sure though.
i believe that we'll eventually have mods that bring back the old map layout.
