Division Placement

Is there any way to change the default division group placement? Infantry always sets up well to the rear and to the left of Spearmen, and both the Archer and Skirmisher groups place themselves way too far out ahead of my lines, causing them to get slaughtered. I find myself having to manually rearrange all of my divisions at the start of every battle because of this; I cannot issue full army movement orders (since each division will revert to their awkward placement) and in some battles, there simply isn't enough time to cue up all the orders necessary before the battle is joined.
