Distinctive sound to pregnancy notice

Many of us wait in settlements until our heroine or wife gets pregnant. And reload former save to try again.
With such a sound we could leave the comp and do stuff. Hearing the sound we could come back and continue from that point. It would be a user friendly feature.

Notification and stop play when pregnant.
Notification and stop the game when the blacksmith's stamina is restored.
Notification with sound if someone started or ended a war.

Usually one get the line in the upper center of the screen. One time it did not, or if it was a new change. It came just as a green line in the combat log. It should atleast be a notification same as when giving birth.

I was uncertain in one thing only. Is it better to use the sound only for the heroine and wife, or in case of the relatives as well.
Maybe there are people who would love the latter, I certainly don't care about the relatives.
