Disciplinarian perk not working, can't turn turn bandits into troops

Am I correct that your leadership skill is 44? The disciplinarian perk isn't unlocked until level 125. Your learning level is certainly high enough, but your skill isn't there yet.
Unless I'm missing something, you do not have the disciplinarian perk. As a matter of fact, you have no perks at all in the Leadership tree.The brown part signifies your actual Leadership, the green part the point up until which you can gain xp. Once the brown part covers the perks, you need to actually click them and choose one of the options offered.
You are correct. Until it is actually selected you do not have access to it.

but how is it possible?? I have had countless battles at this points what am I doing wrong reaching 125 will take me forever
It will. That's how the progression goes. Not that I endorse it, but that's reality as of right now.
Not as long as you think. I'm up to 60 in just a few hours. Aggressively command troops. Become a mercenary as soon as you restore your clan, join armies, and command formations. You'll see it go up quicker than you might think.

What is it? I'm in the same boat as the op except my leadership level is above 125 and I have the community mod. Still, I can't upgrade bandit troops.

Best bet now is store them in your town or castle, with the daily xp your troops get they will train for u, I play battania and my forest bandits turn into fians eventually
