Summary:When disbanding a party of your clan, the party will move to a settlement and the leader should be in the keep or tavern, the soldiers join force with the garrison. However, if that settlement has zero garrison (militia doesn't count), none will happen. The whole party will disappear, the garrison will still be zero and the leader will be missing. The encyclopedia will tell you he or she is near Ain baliq at the edge of the map but you won't find him or her there: actually it seems you won't find him or her ever again in the game. However, if donating even one soldier to the garrison before disbanding, then everything works perfectly well.
Tested a few time with parties. Probably works for caravans as well but I haven't tested it since I cannot control where to disband a caravan.
How to Reproduce: Disbanding a party near a settlement will zero garrison.
