These notifications drive me insane. The main issues are:
1) It repeats regularly to no end
2) Many mods are changing relationships based on different factors now and that makes it much worse
3) It doesn't seem to care if the relationship is already maxed out
4) It blocks/delays other important messages that I actually care about
The obvious best solution would be to allow customization of these notifications but I think at a minimum #3 needs to be addressed, there's no reason anyone would care if they got a relationship bump when they are maxed already. I saw the workarounds to remove the sound for it, but there are notifications I want sound for. An alternative could be to summarize it or something, I don't need a separate message for all my relationship changes with a sound. They seem to be on a regular tick but the messages are all separated. Just some thoughts, since this really detracts from my gameplay.
