Disabling Cheats

Does anyone know how to disable cheats from the game permanently, ( like making nothing happen when you press eg... Ctrl + F4 ) or just to delete cheats option in "Configure"?

In the configure box that opens when you start mount and blade just untick cheat mode

If you've turned the "CHEATMENU" on with the console, be sure to turn it off before un-ticking the Enable Cheats button in the launcher. But then, yes, the only way to disable cheats is to leave the launcher Enable Cheats option un-ticked.

Yes i know that, i just wanted to know is there a way to remove the enable cheats option or to change the keys required for activating a cheat.

No. The key combos are hard coded and not accessible.
And why would you need to remove the option? Just leave it off.
