disable cheat menu?

Hey, i've looked all through the camp options, but I can't find an option to disable cheats. I'm not talking about the native m&b cheats in the initial warband menu, i'm talking about the brytenwalda cheats. Can someone help me out?

Camp menu > Take options > CHEATs OFF

- type "NOCHEATMENU" in the upcoming field

- Press "Enter"

you mean ctrl ~? ctrl + didnt do anything for me. Well yeah I entered NOCHEATMENU, no luck. if I re-install the game will the cheatmenu be gone? or is the fact that its been activated stored in the savegames?

Strange, the cheatmenu should disappear with either the console or the camping menu.

I noticed that one time on earlier version of brytenwalda
the option to disable the cheat menu disappeared so it was impossible to disable the cheat menu...

maybe its a bug...

well i started a new game and the cheat menu isn't there anymore. Thanks anyway

I dont understand problem. I see:
Camp menu> take an action>toggle cheat menu on.

Then, if I active it, I see:

Camp menu > take an action >toggle cheat menu off.

just type nocheatmenu, it works as it is part of the engine

I FOUND THE SOLUTION! you must make sure when you start mount and blade up. that you go into the configure and enable cheats. then after that you can (ctrl ~) and type nocheatmenu.. then you can restart and disable cheats. The important thing is that you must enable cheats in the configure first or else typing nocheatmenu into the console does nothing.
