Does anyone know if this is possible? It exceeds my python knowledge so I'm asking you guys....
Disable 3rd person / Force 1st person?

I don't think so, sounds like one of those things that are hardwired into the game. You might be able to change it, but...why don't you just go into first person and never hit the R key? It would probably save you alot of trouble.

I remember seeing someone say that it was possible to make it impossible to see in third person forcing them to go to 1st person. Basically all they would see is a white or black screen. I'll try and find it
Not really, since knowledgeable players could tweak the module txt files to remove any restrictions on third person you add. It might be annoying enough for people that they wouldn't bother, though...
You might ask: why don't people mod their txt files to "cheat" in other ways then? Because most other things you'd want to cheat with are controlled by the server - you could change what you see, but it wouldn't make any difference to the other players, just confuse you. The first / third person view is one of the things entirely client side, due to how most 3D games work.
