I played it in my last tabletop game, so I'd rather not have it again, for one, and two, its one of the few countries that has to directly interact with multiple "theatres", if you will.  Since we were playing 15 minute turns, and you have Germany, Austro-Hungary, Turkey, and potentially Great Britain all looking at those nice 4 supply centers of yours, things got damn frantic for me, since I had to talk to each of those players often.  I'd rather not have to deal with tension immediately.  Don't get me wrong, Russia's fun, just not something I would want to play twice in a row.

Probably wise if you don't PM Merentha or an4sh with rules
questions. You don't usually want to give too much away
to other players (unless it's all part of an elaborate ruse  )

Velmu is your best choice, as he's running it, but if he's not on,
and I am, go ahead. Still, it's been MANY years for me, so I may
not remember the best little tactical tricks (and yes, there are some
nasty ones - though it's not what the game's about really).
