Diplomacy mod glitch,bug?

Hy guys     As I mentioned up I have a bug or a glitch    with diplomacy mod so please excuse me if I posted in the wrong section.Lets start . So I was playing  with Kingdom of Vaegirs about 70 days and we got in a serious war  with Kingdom of Swadia and Kingdom of Nords and suddenly parties with deserters apeared on map because of war but the problem is this parties are up to 1000 to 3000 men each ..... so I dont have a clue . If you think what this is tell me or maybe is a *file* problem and you know how to fix it , thanks.                    P.S I dont mind if you are telling me if you have the same problem , good to know that I am not alone.
