Digital Download Codes?

Hello, I myself am a HUGE fan of the PC version of this game. I share this game every time I can. I must have gifted it to at least 7 friends on steam. But one of my friends is a Console player, her Xbox ones disk drive is broken so she only uses digital download. I would love to share this game again but I can only find disk versions of the game. I do know it is on the Xbox store, but I can't find a way to buy just a game code to give to my friend.

The answer is probably going to be that I can't which would be a real shame as that's the only way I could have done it. But if there is a way I would assume this would be the way to find out.

It seems that the XBOXONE started allowing digital gifts a couple days ago. If you don't have an Xbox Live Gamertag, you can do it via email.
