Difficulty Level

I'm just here to ask, what difficulty settings do you normally use?  I max out difficulty with one exception.  I have autoblocking on.  What settings do you guys have and why do you have them/why do you think their plausable?

This type of thread has been made often.
I use the same (autoblocking on) as you do, I just vary the battle size (between 100 and 199) depending on the lag I get.
