That should be in the barter menu.

Yeah, good ideas!

Don't get me wrong, and no offense intended, but we need to get away from connecting aspects of the strategy/trading/macro-simulation of the game with any dialogue options at all. It's not intuitive and very unwieldy. Any orders that the player can give to his companions or lords under his command should be part of a nicely structured command menu somewhere else in the UI, otherwise we'll continue to be in a messy and confusing loading screen hell.

Your other suggestions seem absolutely fine for the dialogues though.
