-Let companions recruit units for the player (dialgue option)
-Let companions recruit units for a garrison of a fief (dialgue option)
-More options to increase relations with npc's (compliments, gifts...)
-Option to trade troops with nobles/armys or buy troops from nobles for money
-Option to duel nobels
-Options when talking to prisoners in party or in dungeons (let them free (+ to relation), talk about mission "Investigate Neretzes's Folly", changing sides to player kingdom...)

Sure!

That should be in the barter menu.

Yeah, good ideas!

Don't get me wrong, and no offense intended, but we need to get away from connecting aspects of the strategy/trading/macro-simulation of the game with any dialogue options at all. It's not intuitive and very unwieldy. Any orders that the player can give to his companions or lords under his command should be part of a nicely structured command menu somewhere else in the UI, otherwise we'll continue to be in a messy and confusing loading screen hell.

Your other suggestions seem absolutely fine for the dialogues though.
