Dialogue/Menu GUI?

Good afternoon. I'm looking to make a relatively simple mod based on additional dialogue/menu options, with the ability to make additional parties to branch off from yours to perform specialized duties. (e.g. to siege a castle while you gather supplies for them).

Is there a GUI program I can use to effectively view the numerous dialogues as sorting through the python is tedious?

There used to be a GUI type program, but I don't think it could even do what you want it to.  You'll just have to learn the Python.
