Dialogue error.

When you ask King Harlaus about Lady Isolla (Claimant to the throne) he says
"Those who weep for the plight of a Swadian princess blah blah..then at some point he mentions about women being taken as slaves to the Zendar slaveholder..

Any of you notice what's wrong with it?
Zendar doesn't EXIST anymore.

Yeah, there's a few other references to Zendar.  I think Alayen (is that his name?  The Vaegir Knight NPC you pick up) talks about how the "cowards" at Zendar could have stopped the Nords from sailing down the river to Rivacheg or something to that effect.
