Need More Info Dialog Freezes

So I was talking to a lord and mid conversation I had to leave and go do something so I exited to main menu and when I loaded my game back up an hour later I tried talking to a lord and it doesn’t select any of the choices and doesn’t let me leave the dialog screen unless I exit to main menu and rejoin. But I can’t talk to anyone without it freezing.

I'm experiencing the same thing. It effectively ends my progress in-game because I can't complete any tasks for anyone or even have a conversation without having to quit and restart the campaign. HALP!

Basically, there's a "Pursuasion Attempt Dots" interface up with EVERY conversation I have with anyone, even if I'm not currently in a pursuasion attempt. I can click on every option for dialogue, but it won't advance the conversation and I can't quit the conversation.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.
