Dhorak keep

I've done a search and came up with nothing. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough.
What is the Keep used for? all i can do with the baron is ask him about his stats and the overall place looks nice but... what's it for?

The Keep is useless in the regular game for now. But in some mods like Mag7 is a bandit stronghold.
