Dhorak Keep, where the leader of the bandits has his base in, should look like a town.. But a different town, like with walls around and bandits inside and on the walls. But to the main thing of my idea, you should be able to join bandits, just like Vaegirs or Swadians (And of course, if you already have chosen your side, change it to bandit). Also you should be able to hire bandits from the bandit leader like from tavern. And buy watered-steel weapons :D.

Now that would be fun, perhaps giving the opportunity to hire some dark hunters as well, 3 factions would fill the game out nicely and the Dark Hunters may sway some people to be bandits!

What do you reckon Dhorak keep should look like eventually?
I think it shopuld bee some abandoned castle, -gothic style-, with bits missing from it and wooden scaffolding and barricades all over it ala Cirith Ungol from Return of the King.

History? It seems to me that the swadians are the invaders (perhaps they had a claim to the vaegir throne like the english did with the french) and they came from that corner with the two rivers. In any case, Dhorak keep must've been the first castle standing in the way, and there was probably some fierce battles over it, during which the castle was ruined.

That's the way i'd see it.

Nice plan

I'd love a wide array of hirable bandits, and some small upgrade trees.

Dark Hunters upgrade to dark knights etc.

I also think bandits should have encmpmnts that you shoul be able to attack. That wouldn't be hard if theyve made an ana, they can make it so that we can fight around a few tents.

Actually, originally all of Calradia was under Swadian rule, but for some reason the Vaegirs were unhappy and rebelled (I assume the Swadians treated them badly). They took over half of Calradia, but then the Swadians managed to organize their defense and stop the Vaegir advance, causing a stalemate. At this point the player arrives.

This is official fact (For now, anyway), it's in the game files.
