I' am pretty desperate right now, I've (and I'm sure there's more) been waiting for sooo long to get some kind of anouncement of what you're doing. I would really like to know if this game is still being supported or left to the hope? Can't someone of you developers just for once check in and tell us WFaS gamers if it's worth to wait for another update or not? Please.

Stop typing in ghetto slang, that way it's really hard to get your point. It's been a long while since the last update and people starting to get worried if they've dropped their balls to further update this game anymore, if so ATLEAST I would like to know. If you wanna stick around waiting for something you don't even know will arrive that's fine but I don't, I can't even start a SP game without of being afraid of it would be deleted and restored IF there was another update inbound.

If I made my point in another way: Will this game be further supported?

All the developers have to do is to either -CONFIRM it or DENY, really simple.

Then again I don't think the developers would actually say it is denied if it surely is, but if they keep updating it I guess they would confirm it. To be honest, I think it's cruel.. I am a costumer who've spent money on this "not-100-percent-made-game" and simply playing games with us won't do anything better, it's no time for secrets to be held when a game is suffering this critical state.

I'm not saying this game is bad, I've actually played it a lot and had fun doing it, I would say though it's not just completed yet and I know the developers are aware of that.

Well taleworlds are working on M&B2 (some left behind to work on patches) and the SiCH who made WFaS have started working on a pirate themed M&B (again some left behind to work on patches). SiCh also have another company helping them but I can't remember who.

I also started a topic about this ( http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,194904.msg4669199.html#msg4669199 ) sometime ago, as I believe others have, but untill now not a word from the devs. But according to my feeling, they will make an announcement real soon, maybe before Xmas. Let's wait and see.

Yazzy said he was working on "project obvious" in press statements prior to WFaS's international release.
In fact, he changed his forum profile to say "Currently Working on Project Obvious" over a year ago.

There's no 'just' about any of it...other than they 'just' decided to be a bit more vocal in some places again.

Well Yazzy said in that PC Gamer interview that he's "working on Mount & Blade 2, and finishing [his] developmental duties on With Fire and Sword", so we at least have some confirmation that they are still working on some form of patch. Thank god!

Wow, this is great news. A Mount & Blade sequel as well as atleast another update in With Fire and Sword! =) I guess my question is answered.

But, he never said when it would be done. It will probably come sooner rather then later, but look at Warband 1.143. That took awhile. I have full confidence it will get done, and when they do do it, it will be great.
