We have been reading comments and feedback and we noticed that quite a few people are interested in seeing some of the different screens and deeper parts of the game that are visible in the videos that are coming out from our guests at the booth. You can't have a slow brute or a weak swordsmaster in base game now.
Also seems an obvious choice to put at least one focus point to each skill.

will companion and troops share these skills? Inventory management was useless in old game, I wonder if some skills will be barred for them.
 
I am definitely going to focus all skills towards capturing prisoners and bludgeoning damage.

Why kill a man when you can sell him?

party inventory is likely the job of the quartermaster now
 
Liking the new UI for the character screen, and perks are a really great addition to the game. I'm really curious to see exactly some of the new skills (specifically Steward and Crafting) actually do and what effect they will have on gameplay.

Nice to see that the allotment of party roles is now a lot more official. Though I'm guessing if the appointed party member gets knocked out or killed then the next best suited companion won't cover for them like what happened in Warband.

I would like to ask if there has been any news on character creation? (and I'm not taking about selecting physical appearance), has there been any changes from the previous versions of the game? are mother's finally going to be a part of character creation (as both parents should matter in some way)? are going to be able to be a local instead of a foreigner? are we able to start as part of a clan?.

Edit: are we able to start with a family?.

Also I would like to take a moment to say Rest In Peace to the following features from the old character screen (indicating which ones have been merged into skills): attributes, ironflesh (merged), power strike (merged), power throw (merged), power draw (merged), weapon master (merged?), shield (merged?), horse archery (merged), looting (merged), trainer (merged?), path-finding, spotting (merged), inventory management (merged?), wound treatment (merged), first aid (merged), persuasion (merged), prisoner management (merged?), leadership (merged), proficiencies (kind of).
 
Callum_Taleworlds, Do the days in bannerlord still last 1 min 36 secs on normal speed as in warband? or has that been changed?
Also, can you confirm whether the years are still 12 weeks long?
 
Looks like the characters have teeth. Nice improvement! Will that be possible to make dialogues with voiceover and lip-sync?
 
I believe as dialogues will be without voiceover, also we will have hair and body physics as in previous titles, mimics is even badass if is implemented
 
was just watching a video from gamescom . At 3:14 i seen traits from 2h weapon tree
power basher (for weapons slower then 85 speed)
Speed basher( for weapons faster then 100 speed)

if this goes as it is weapons between these speeds will go unused. I know its a bit to early for such balancing topics but couldn't help myself. :grin:


Also hope Alijin will be added as companion, really like the look of hers. :fruity:
 
It changed a lot since Warband! It's new and modern and a lot more... diverse.

What does a Battanian troop have to do with stewardship, or what does it mean in the game? They can raid better?

Teeth? We saw that for 3 years ago lol.
Dialoges, well we know we will be getting a bit, but probably not for everything, only for small voice lines for when you interact, Full voice over with lip-sync I really do not believe will happen. Also, I wouldnt want it really

yeah that seems interesting. I also like that they have "tracking". Which should mean, that your troops help you with tracking (and can help with all other skills) and that you dont need to learn it personally, or not even a companion/hero
 
Oh yeah for me skills seems as in tech tree for Rise of Nations, you can't do things when skills are low. I love Aljin so much :party: :party: :party:
 
When is beta because im hyped that we finaly will get some cool not that we haven't got cool thing but people like me can't go 2 gamescom and e3 and i know you wheren't there
But how soon maybe some weeks maybe months because earlier it was leaked that ali said i think it was going release 2019

Well, they said they wanted to let players try it in some shape or form by the end of the year back in 2016.  Also Ali said that they will hopefully release it within a year if there are no complications.  TW makes up complications out of finished features, like restarting everything on a new engine or redoing the world map from scratch. 

So don't take the suggestion of a beta / release in 2019 to heart.  For all we know they could decide to redo sieges, and subsquantly redo all the siege scenes for ALL towns. 
 
Questions I would have:

- What is the Max Level of the Skills like I believe in Warband it was 600.

- Is it possible to Mod the Perks to be Linear instead of choosing one of two when progressing? I guess it is?

- I was wondering also if some Perks would affect other Perks like adding up or negating a positive effect and neutralize it? Lets say one Perk gives you Additional Garrisons but one Perk at lets say Rouge makes you Character dishonourable and then less Garrison troops would be wanted to be hired, since no one likes bandits.

- Do Lords or certain other Charakters like Kings have some special Skills?



Maybe Callum can make a Video about the Skill System, so far I am very happy about it, it looks way better then expected and I have sky high hopes now  :mrgreen:

Basically we can now create our own Character ingame the way we use it and prefer to play. Like someone how wants to Hack and Slash like Conan can do this to the full extent like someone how wants to play as Little Finger from Games of Thrones or just being a Trader and trying to win over the world by making profit.


 
Also was the Face of that Dude Modelled after Korze25 when he seen Animals in the Game to pet?

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaase, TaleWorlds' developers.... pleeeeeeeaaaaaseeee, at least share this year's demonstration, please, I beg you, something, I want to play it  :cry:
 
Maybe they are ready just gone too far, and waiting for the personal computer technology grow up for the challenge. :wink:
 
Sincerely I not understand people which beg to Taleworlds to release game, I am mature and good for wait for full release because Warband is a enough good game which keep me entertaining and happy until Bannerlord comes out, we must to be pleased with games we own
