Resolved "Destroy Raiders" quest gang 3 of 3 nowhere to be found

Summary: The generic "Destroy Raiders" quest requires me to hunt 3 gangs of mountain bandits that spawn around one of my castles. One of the gang disappeared. Out of curiosity, I spent weeks of ingame time searching for them in a wide area multiple times.
