Desert Bus for Hope 007: Deserts are Forever

There will also be an pre-show starting in [abbr=From the time this post goes up]8.5 hours[/abbr] (2:30AM UTC) and lasts for ~1.5 hours. It'll include some behind-the-scenes stuff, live music and other potentially interesting and fun business!

Or in a nutshell, a charity marathon where a bunch of people (mostly from the comedy group Loading Ready Run) play one of the worst/most boring games of all time while auctioning off unique (often geeky) items, singing, performing any challenges watchers give 'em and will have call-ins from people all 'round the world and so on. Good times and sleep-deprivation all around!

There's a rough schedule of planned events and a constantly updating wiki page for the event.

Since they started in 2007 they've managed to raise $1,268,683.57 for Child's Play charity, last year amounting up to $443,630.00! Hoping to get this year over $500k! \o/

I remember watching parts of their stream 2 and 3 years ago. It's great that they're getting more donations each year, but it's almost as boring watching them as it is playing Desert Bus.

If it was 2-3 years ago, there could be a chance having a re-check would be worth it. They changed it around a bit two years back.
But the streams do have their high points when everything happens and then low points (night shifts) when close to nothing happens.

Also, not getting that on Firefox. Restarting the browser doesn't help? Does it happen on other pages with
