Deleting Factions in a module (NEED HELP)

Hey everyone, i'm working on a module but i want to delete every faction but Swadia and Nords. I only need 2 factions... i need to delete the rest. Can anyone explain it to me, or do it for me ? Thank you (Maybe i can do it with Morgh's editor it's easier)
