I'm seeing an opening line of dialogue that ends with ”(Default - should not appear)” when meeting lords for the first time. It's happened with at least four or five of them so far.
I see it regularly. Wasn't particularly concerned about it and assumed it was a known issue, although I was curious what it was that should not be appearing. If you need a screen print let me know. I would think I could get one for you fairly easily.
