Default Saxon Lord Titles?

I have noticed when I started my Irish Kingdom with an Irish character my lords have Saxon Titles? It doesn't matter if they were an Irish Lord they still get Saxon titles like Ealdorman and Dryhten why is this happening?

Why can't the Lord's simply have the title of the culture your character is?

its a bug on script_troop_set_title_according_to_faction for irish/scots culture. You can fix it for your game or open a bug report on the support forum (and wait for a patch)
