Dedicated Server - Setup Issues

I have setup a dedicated server using the forums guide (among others). I am currently receiving an issue regarding the ability to see my server in the internet list. I can view my server in the LAN section but my friend cannot view it in the internet section... I have no issues connecting and am greatly confused.

-My ports are properly forwarded for 7240 - 7243 UDP/TCP

-My local firewall is set to allow access of the mb_warband_dedicated.exe

I have also set the set_add_to_game_servers_list value to 1 like so "set_add_to_game_servers_list 1" in the txt settings, I cannot run the steam version of the dedicated server .exe since it was not with the taleworld offical dedicated server files.

Please if you have any genuine advice or guidance I would greatly appreciate it..

mb_warband_dedicated_steam.exe -r Sample_Battle.txt -m Native

to

mb_warband_dedicated.exe -r Sample_Battle.txt -m Native

in Sample_Battle_start.bat

That is not my issue as my server does launch and I have already done so to the batch file. Thank you for the advice though..

Did you open TCP ports to?

Yes I did. This issue is not stemming from port forwarding or from firewall issues...

i also have the same issue, i can run a GMOD server on PORT 27015, my firewall is disabled so i know my ports are open and im Renting this server from a DATACENTER so i dont need to open any ports in my router. i know my servers ports are open but the server just wont show in the server list....
