Decreasing time post-battle

Allow all the different "loot" pages to be done in the same screen, that is normal loot, troop recruitment, prisoners and hostages. To have less clutter, have them come in the same order as now, but minimise them after you click an arrow or the next section. This should allow you to go back to the previous section as well. If you want to speak to one of the lords you captured, you could do it from the looting screen as well, or after you've taken them prisoner (from party tab).
