The Vlandians have conquered half of the map and everything was so boring, there was no challenge as all the enemies have little mistakes of an army while the great Vlandians have armies numbering in hundreds at all times. Yet I wanted a challenge but I didn't change sides or create my own kingdom, no I created an army that aspired to hold all the lords of the land.

Now my army is complete with all the Lords of Vlandian and all the grain in the world in one large party. Now there was nothing stopping the enemy to conquer the towns and castles they once held. The allied lords can do nothing as their towns are ransacked and pillage. All they can do is march in line with my knights.

Well... GZ?
Once you run out of influence to keep army cohesion they'll return to whatever they were doing.
If you are unhappy with the AI conquests (like I do sometimes, especially early on) wait for a mod that disables defections. (In Prophecy of Pendor for Warband it was a real boon)

Well my thinking was that if I kept the army long enough. The ai could conquer swaths of land really quickly. Thus weakening my kingdom so it would become a challenge. And I had 10K influence in the bank so I was prepared for a long trip. Yet after like a hour in real time. Only two cities were taken. I gave up afterwards.

PoP was a great mod.
