Dear Community.
I know everybody is concerned by the state of the game and we all are following the incredible efforts of the developers to push new patches day to day, but while some take their time to appreciate their journey others simply keep screaming about the destination, the later are whom I would like to adress.
Please let the thrill and anger caused by the release to seep away and take a moment to breathe, you are being participant of the creation of this wonderful thing called M&B Bannerlord, you saw it being born from the mist, all bloodied and full of bugs, but after the nurse pulled away the filth you could behold a beautiful baby with infinite potential, a baby that could be taught and trained to someday be greater than everything we know. You saw it crawl, patch by patch getting more and more confident, gaining momentum before it dared to stand. Now that child is looking forward to do another step in the right direction, but you, as both witness and parents must decide what to do, whether you scream at the toddler for every misstep it takes and punish it for not being currently a version of itself that is still to come, demanding more and more even when it does his best; or you could educate the toddler and let it learn from his mistakes, pointing what needs improvement in a way it will understand it and help it to learn.
The journey will be long and as in every adventure there will be complications, funny bugs that will inspire memes and others that will corrupt your precious saves, but right now the most important is that we calm down and nourish the project with good feedback and productive criticism in order to get in return the best product possible, right now you are given the chance to truly matter as a tester, so i recommend to throw away your initial disbelief and embrace this, help to make of Bannerlord something greater than what you had imagined it could be.
(Hopefully this will be of any help, it is simply too tiresome and heartbreaking to see the way this community is behaving, full of complaints, demands to the developers, threats toward taleworlds(?) and much other negative thing that will neither do good to ourselves or the development of the game.
Do not demand for something to be fixed immediately, they will eventually get to it, while you might consider it the biggest issue in the world, surely there are more concerning issues that require an urgent solution.
Look at the list of known issues before complaining about something, if it isn't there then look around to see if anyone had mentioned it yet, if neither works then make a proper thread explaining it all step by step, otherwise it will get lost within lots and lots of useless messages.
Try to test the new versions with new saves and without mods, that way you will avoid possible bugs caused by porting the save or the mods, instead of putting devs to work on something that will waste their time.
I just needed to let out my current feelings with the community, sorry if you don't share or understand my point of view, but at least let me thank you for reading it all down to here.)
