the mod  creator  do have a life too.... and since they are responding to the comment and post  quite often I would say the mod is alive and well  they just take their time to  give us something great and well done  so just be patient they do their best:razz:  (sorry for any error etc im not in my best condition right now XD)

Actually, we all are waiting for 2.4 but as my man said, they also have a real life but be sure when Floris 2.4 is released, pada(surely waiting for it) and I will work on sub-mods to the new version because maybe new items may come and you might want to see them in your game

The mod isn't dead. The guys who are making it are quite active (I'm surprised they haven't already replied. Maybe they just ignored it.), but they probably don't appreciate your question.

I'm actually hoping 2.4 takes longer to release. I've modded 2.3 to high oblivion and it will break my fingers re-doing all of it to 2.4.
Having said that, 2.4 will be epic, so it'll probably be worth it.

Indeed this Reallife thing is getting some of us atm. Im having exams so i cant work as much on the mod as i would like. Considering that every member of the Team was/is working on major additions like New Scenes/Bug Fixing Deluxe/New Scripts/New Sounds/Etc things take their time.

However anybody who has been looking around this forum, knows that all the major mods take long to release their next version, so there is no need asking for deadness

ok, thank you. I forgotten about the next version. Id been playing with the other submods, kept my mind shielded for other parts of the mod, like updates.

If I may ask, how is 2.4 coming, now that I remember it.

I can say that the mod is definately not dead. 2.4 is taking a little longer due to real life stuff. Nothing to worry about.

Between the releases since 2.01 were approximately 2 weeks, up till 2.31 Basic. That's fast, especially since each version brought quite some changes and fixes. 2.4 asked for a little bit more work, but that's not the only reason why it's taking a bit longer. The past two weeks I haven't been able to do much on the mod due to real life stuff. For example, today I had to work for the whole day (like tomorrow), and in the evening I went to my grandparents. My grandmom made snert, yay! And I now got her recipe, so I definately gonna try it out one of these days. For the people who don't know what snert is: it's Dutch pea soup. This is a typical Dutch winter meal, with a lot of meat in it. It takes several hours to make. It's so thick you should be able to stand a spoon upright in it. Here's an image from wikipedia on how it typically looks like:

Anyway... Here are some things that still need to be done for the next version:
- I'm working at the moment on adding more sound effects.
- Caba pointed out to me how to fix the naked lords on feasts. I want to fix that the coming week .
- I want to do some mipmap fading.
- Also I'd like to check on the face textures, and compare the different ones available.
- I'd like to start working on a few new companions, but this has no priority, so maybe I'll postpone it to 2.5.
- Some more scene editing (I don't know yet which ones)
- There are some small things I want and need to look into.
Ow, and I also really need to work on my next Me, Floris update. I'm a bit late with that one.

So to answer your question: 2.4 is coming along nicely, altough with a little delay.
