The timers are the most annoying ****ing thing. Particularly the way you can be halfway through one of the multi-stage missions and have the timer run out. ****ing wank.

Oh yeah, that too. they really should have made it so the timer will freeze whenever you are doing another mission... its starting to be a dissapointment

I ****ing LOVE timers! I wish ALL games had timers! Fallout 3? Why play through the game slowly when you can rush through it, frantically checking your pip boy only to find that you'll have to restart the entire main quest and hope you do better NEXT time! Modern Warfare 2? More like Modern STOPWATCH 2! **** it, let's put timers in sports games even when you pause the game!

And the ulcers! Don't forget all the ulcers you'll get from worrying about all the things you have to do all the time all over the place.

****s starting to sound like work. Except I give a **** about it. I need to find out which ****s programmed this **** so I can take a sledgehammer to their fingers.

Use the map to pause, time stops then. You only need to care about the main missions which affect the endings. In the middle of my first playthrough I stopped caring about rescuing survivors who were far from the safe house and spent my time making spiked bats and bashing zombies. Some boss/psychos are annoyingly hard on the first playthrough.

I wish theres more save slots.

You could find out about the free Zombrex locations if you care about the ending. It's pretty clear which missions will give zombrex in the descriptions if you don't want to be spoilt about where you can just pick up Zombrex.
One involves saving a paramedic, another involves saving a hungry guy, bring food. The mailman's possibly the easiest psycho to beat and has Zombrex.

2 easy to reach Zombrex locations I use are
One in the underground tunnels under a cardboard box on a raised walkway. The other is in Yucatan Casino, climb to a real high point.

I thought the timer would actually stop and disappear when the actual mission was started, but I remember having to speed up through that ****ty train level because the time was still running out. I have no idea how these people couldn't do better handling for the bike.

Besides, since this game is surely rated M (k1:cool:, I'm not sure I understand why the human enemies don't have the same dismemberment and animations as the zombies. It's annoying when the best way to kill the mercenaries is by having a firefight and a shooter this game in  no way is.

Actually, I just found a trainer that lets you freeze the time, grants you indestructible weapons and whatnot. I just can't play a game in which you can't stand still for a single bloody second without that thought of "TIME IS RUNNING OUT" creeping in the back of your head at all time. I want to be able to **** around, explore, and gut as many zombies with my tomahawk as I want.

If you want it, you might be able to grab it from this link without having to register. Otherwise, go to www.sicheats.com, it should be on the front page.

Speaking of bad bike handling I got 1st in the Terror is Reality game first time I played, but I can't seem to get first again when I tried restarting. I think the cinematics and dialogues don't change whether you get first or second, just the cash prize.

Yeah I got pretty annoyed at the bike stage till I figured all you had to do was to aim for the blue ramp to make the jump. It's possible to succeed from the raised walkways but thats harder.

Avast isn't liking that link ...

Neither is Avira. Out of curiosity, I ran it through VirusTotal:

Yeah, that looks a bit nasty.

Seems to be a lot of people complaining that they can't do what I've been doing all game... killing zombies, and if I feel like it or am in the area, doing a mission.

I had that, it turned out to be some sort of malware,  because it didn't want to shut down, every time I pressed exit it suddenly appeared to be open and it didn't let me start task manager.

Not so sure actually. It looks to be "HackTool.CheatEngine" it's identifying which is blacklisted as a keylogger. Which would be par for the course with a trainer...

Killing the zombies is fun. Being incapable of progressing further because you couldn't be arsed fetching Zombrex is just retarded. Hell, I dunno why the silly ****ers bothered with a narrative in the first place; it's identical to every other Japanese survival horror right down to the betrayals, makes no sense and the cutscenes just show off the horrible animation.
Would've been way more fun if they'd just ditched any pretence at a storyline, had the survivors and boss battles randomly spawn and let you run wild trying to survive for three days. A bit more like Fort Zombie and less like Resident Evil : Shopping Mall.

I ended up stumbling upon Zombrex with always at least 12 hours left, while taking a very casual approach to the storyline. I guess I just picked all the right missions when I did play them.

They're pseudo random. It's not so much the finding it, it's the getting back between 7 & 8. You either end up too early and wasting time just so you don't have to come back, or having to abandon whatever fun you're having to head back to the safe house. Plus, the kid is annoying. I'd have just used her as bait myself.

On the other hand, VkHost trojans (which many of the others report in that VirusTotal list) apparently steal passwords and such.
