Resolved Dead lord given fief [1.5.1]

After capturing a castle the vote was held, and the first candidate was a dead lord. (And he was given the fief)
Said lord did not have a heir either, as his wife was also dead, and the only kid was listed as missing.

This problem isn't fix in 1.5.2 still. There is a clan in my faction which all members are dead, but they still keep their fiefs, and they even got a new castle during the vote as if the clan was still alive.

I just had this occur in 1.5.1. We just claimed a city and a lord died during the battle. That lord won the vote for the city despite being dead and having no one actually voting for him. His wife is also dead and the only remaining clan members are all infants. I've uploaded my save as well to demonstrate the issue. Ocs Hall was the city he received and the battle he died at.
