Resolved dead clans keeps getting fiefs

im playing the beta 1.5.3 and i have a clan in the nothern empire kingdom of which i am a part where the 2 members are dead but they still are getting new fiefs (:
there flag is greyed out

That sounds exactly like the type of issue the lovely community moderators tend to ask a save game for. So I'll be playing parrot and copy-and-paste the reply I've seen for this:

Can you upload your save file to upload.taleworlds.com? Please paste the link to this thread in the description box on the upload website so I can identify it.

Fingers crossed of course that this is the correct reply in this instance and i'm not just getting in the way here.

Personally i haven't run into this issue - my statement was more of a generic "This type of problem generally results in a request for a savegame". Back when i posted this Zhuljin was still marked as online so i figured a quick reply with a savegame request from me might just catch him before he logged out.
