Dead Clan keeps getting new fiefs

im playing the beta 1.5.3 and i have a clan in the nothern empire kingdom of which i am a part where the 2 members are dead but they still are getting new fiefs (:
there flag is greyed out

You should report this in the Technical Support section so it gets passed on to the devs
