Days needed to repeat mayor/guildmaster quest (tweak?)

I just wondered if anybody knows an up to date way of modifying the days needed to repeat a guildmaster quest?

I can only really find outdated tweaks such as here http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,46290.msg1212981.html#msg1212981

If anyone can tell me how to do this specifically for the "persuade lords to make peace" quest on AWOIAF mod I would be really grateful 

I just cant find right part of the scripts file from the tutorial above.
