Dalls HD mod / help

Ok... so yesterday I downloaded both parts of Dalls HD mod, and i extracted them to the mount&blade game folder, and i see absolutely no change in the graphics 
Did I do something wrong?

What is this HD mod? Searching for it gave me only this tread.

I'm not really sure. It came off to a bad start with a lot of bug reports at the repository:

Well after I downloaded it, and installed it and everything, I can now not read anything anymore.
All the letters are pushed together...

there was the same problem with the font customizer by swyter. maybe you should ask him...

its called Dalls HD or something..but it starts with Dalls, look it up in the repository

The whole pack is ridiculous, don't download it, most of the "new, HD" textures are just old textures stretched to a higher resolution, e.g. he took the loading screens like pic_camp.dds and stretched ALL of them from 512x512 to 1024x1024, same with alot of the other textures.
