How to Reproduce: It just happens travelling around the map or entering a city. There is no single cause

How much space do you have available on your SSD drive?
461GB out of 1TB so I doubt that is the problem, I deleted my config folder in my documents and that's seemed to of helped for now. I hope this gets patched in the future.
