Cutom npc appearance

I think it will be great if we have an option to change npc appearance. I like to have a young girl in my party as medic role and i know u guys also want it too

At some point there'll be no end to the companion mods so you'll probably get one there.
But yeah something like an option to create companions that may show up at some point during your campaign would be nice, as a mod or part of the game.
