In Progress Customized helmets changing look of character

Summary: Some helmets which I bought in customization panel in armory change look of my character. In armory everything looks fine. But when I enter battle (not important siege, captain mode etc) this helmets remove facial hair or ears of my character. I noticed this bug currently with 2 items: merchant hat which available for imperial recruit. and Guarded Lord helmet which available for imperial cataphract. Merchant hat removes ears, and Guarded Lord helmet totally changes face.
How to Reproduce: buy described items in armory - play captain mode or siege.

Hello! Any updates?

I also noticed problem with battanian ridged helmet. In game hair is visible over the helmet.

Vlandia, crowned helmet 1000 loot, bugs the beard on the sergeant, "apparently" works fine with the knight.
Battania, fringed bronce and steel hemlet, clan warrior clips the hair, "apparently" works fine on wildling.
