if i buy a piece of equipment for exemple my marksmen.
does it applys for all of them
even my newcomers that i bought the piece of equipment before they arrive?

Bearing in mind you can be dropping 10k on one piece of equipment ...

it appies too all of them, and all of the new recruits you buy thereafter.  however, new recruits will cost more since they are upgraded.
it also applies the weapon to every troop currently in your party, but you will have to pay extra for all of them, which is why it might cost you 10k
