I'm trying to play a unique looking culture (ancient Egyptian).
It bugs me that every game one plays, the troops and your vassals are a mix of different calradian troops. Theyre is no way of trying to play a kingdom that would have a unique feel. And you can't test your custom troops against other troops, because all you have is mix of Calradian troops.
"Custom Troop" mod is good, it helps. But it has limitations too: my vassals still recruit what ever. I have to "cheat" to exchange the recruited Calradian troops to my custom troops.
Enable own troop tree, enable recruiting troops of that tree, and enable changing fiefs' culture.
